摘　　要：静态混合反应器具有设备体积小、结构紧凑、能耗省、操作成本低、易于实现连续操作的特点。生产过程中物料混合效果好、转化率和收率高、安全性好、有显著的经济和环境效益。本文主要介绍了将静态混合反应器应用于一些化学反应的实例,并与传统设备相比较,体现出了静态混合反应器的诸多明显优点。Static mixing reactor has the characteristics of small equipment volume,compact structure,less energy consumption,low operation cost and easy to realize continuous operation. In the process of production,it has good material mixing effect,high conversion rate and yield,good safety,remarkable economic and environmental benefits. This article mainly introduced the static mixing reactor was applied to some examples of chemical reactions,and compared with the traditional equipment,reflects the many obvious advantages of static mixing reactor.
