摘 要:为量化评价加料工序单张烟片料液分布和加料过程均匀性,应用数字图像处理技术对料液附着点分布图像进行处理,建立了基于图像处理的烟片加料均匀性评价方法,采用料液分布变异系数表征单张烟片料液分布均匀性,采用烟片间料液附着量变异系数表征加料过程均匀性。验证结果表明:基于图像处理的加料均匀性评价方法检测结果,与采用YC/T 353—2010行业标准检测结果具有相同趋势,检测结果可有效表征整体加料过程的改善或劣化程度。In order to quantitatively evaluate the distribution uniformity of casing on a single tobacco strip and the uniformity of casing process, the image of casing attached points on tobacco strip was processed by digital image processing technique, and a method for evaluating casing uniformity on tobacco strip based on image processing was established, wherein the variation coefficient of casing distribution was used to characterize the distribution uniformity of casing on a single strip and the variation coefficient of attached casing amount between strips was used to characterize the uniformity of casing process. The results of verification showed that the results evaluated by the developed method presented the same trend as did the results tested by industrial standard YC/T 353--2010, Casing Uniformity Measurement, and effectively characterized the variation of the casing process.
