摘　　要：下颌第一恒磨牙单根单根管的发生较为罕见,上下颌第一恒磨牙均为单根单根管病例国内尚未见报道。本病例在CBCT辅助诊断下,从三维层面确诊其上下颌第一磨牙均为单根单根管。CBCT在评估根管三维形态方面发挥重要作用。Incidence rate of single root and singl canal in mandibular first molar is very low.The emergence of single root and single canal both in maxillary and mandibular first molar is especially rare.This report presents an extraordinary case of a patient with unusual tooth morphology involving the bilateral existence of maxillary and mandibular first molar in a person with the aid of Cone-Beam Computed Tomography （CBCT）.This report also highlights the role of CBCT as a method to confirm the three-dimensional （3D） anatomy of teeth.
