摘　　要：【目的】同时定量检测制剂中的吡虫啉和吡丙醚。【方法】使用EclipseplusC18色谱柱，二极管阵列检测器，检测波长220nm，乙腈和水梯度洗脱，采用外标法对吡虫啉和吡丙醚同时进行定量检测。【结果】吡虫啉和吡丙醚的方法的回收率分别为98．6％～102．0％、99．4％～01．8％。【结论】该法操作简单快速，定量准确可靠，适用于产品的常规分析和质量控制。[Aims] The aims were to quantitatively analysis the imidacloprid and pyriproxyfen in preperations by HPLC. [Methods] An external standard method for the determination of imidacloprid and pyriproxyfen in suspension concentrate by HPLC was introduced. The gradient elution of the samples were conducted with acetonitrile and water, and the detection was conducted by Eclipse plus C18 column and DAD at 220 nm. [Results] The results showed that the recovery rates of imidacloprid and pyriproxyfen were 98.6-102.0% and 99.4-101.8%, respectively. [Conclusions] The method is rapid, simple, accuracy and reliability, which is suitable for conventional analysis and quality control of products.
