摘 要:[目的]筛选出防治斑鞘豆叶甲成虫的高效低毒药剂。[方法]采用浸叶法进行5种杀虫剂对斑鞘豆叶甲成虫的室内毒力测定及田间药效试验。[结果]室内毒力测定结果表明:0.5%苦参碱SL对斑鞘豆叶甲具有较高的毒性,24 h后LC50值为0.23 mg/L,72 h后LC50值为0.10 mg/L,其次为2.5%高效氯氟氰菊酯EW和1.14%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐EC,72 h后LC50值分别为1.17、3.39 mg/L。田间药效试验结果表明:5种药剂对斑鞘豆叶甲成虫均有较好的防效,0.5%苦参碱SL及10%吡虫啉WP具有更好的速效性和持效性。[结论]防治斑鞘豆叶甲最适药剂为0.5%苦参碱SL及10%吡虫啉WP,1.14%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐EC可轮换使用。[Aims] The study aims to screen out the insecticides with highly efficacy and low toxicity for controlling Colposcelis signata adults. [Methods] Toxicity test in laboratory was done by the method of dipping foliar and field efficacy of five insecticides was done by using foliar spraying. [Results] The results of toxicity test showed that matrine 0.5% SL was highly toxic to C. signata adults. Furhter, with LCso values of 0.23 mg/L after 24 hours and 0.10 mg/L after 72 h, respectively. Followed by beta-cypermethrin 4.5% EC and emamectin benzoate 1.14% EC, their LCs0 values were 1.17 and 3.39 rng/L, respectively. The results of field experiments showed that five pesticides were highly active and could be used as the candidates for controling C. Signora adults. Especially matrine 0.5% SL and imidacloprid 10% WP had the characteristics of efficient and sustainable control effect. [Conclusions] Therefore, matrine 0.5% SL and imidacloprid 10% WP were the most appropriate insecticides for controling C. signata adults. While emamectin benzoate 1.14% EC could be applied as the alternative pesticides.
