摘 要:[目的]研究室内条件下4种大环内酯类杀虫剂对玉米螟的2龄幼虫和3龄幼虫的杀虫活性及2种生测方法的比较。[方法]分别采用茎秆浸渍法和药膜法。[结果]室内试验表明,玉米螟2龄幼虫对供试药剂较3龄幼虫敏感;采用浸渍法测得的供试药剂对玉米螟的活性较药膜法高。[结论]4种药剂对玉米螟的活性大小为甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐>多杀菌素>乙基多杀菌素>阿维菌素。[Aims] The paper aims to test the bioactivity ofmacrocyclic lactiones against second instar larvea and third instar larvae of corn borer by using two different bioassay methods. [Methods] Laboratory tests were carried out by using stem dipping method and diet membrane method. [Results] The results showed that the second instar larvea of corn borer was more susceptible than the third instar to the four insecticides. The bioactivity of the corn borer to the insecticides using stem dipping method was higher than thatusing diet membrane method. [Conclusions] Bioactivity of four insecticides gave an order of emamectin benzoate 〉 spinosad 〉 spinetoram〉 abamectin.
