摘　　要：分析产业国际竞争力的落脚点是竞争力要素,而竞争力要素是在生产经营过程中起基础性作用的社会资源。战略性新兴产业国际竞争力的形成需要整合包括技术、资本、高端劳动力、组织架构、信息渠道等诸竞争力要素。与传统产业不同,战略性新兴产业发展依赖的关键要素是立体要素群而非某单一要素,这种宽领域的要素构成体系需要一核心要素从中整合。广义资本要素是以资本为代表和传导媒介的包括技术、劳动力、土地在内的竞争力要素集合,合理认识和利用广义资本要素对于形成战略性新兴产业国际竞争力至关重要。作为资源整合主体的企业,通过广义资本要素可以拓展资源空间,扩大生产销售边界,为获取持续的国际竞争力提供了更广义的发展空间。The elements of competitiveness is the foothold to analyze the international competitiveness of industry, and the competitive element plays a fundamental role in the production process of social resources. The formation of strategic emerging industries international competitiveness including the need to integrate technology, capital, high labor, organizational structure, information channels and other various elements of competitiveness. Different from traditional industries, the key elements of strategic emerging industries dependent element group is a perspective rather than a single factor, this wide-ranging system elements that constitute a core element which needs to integrate. Generalized capital element use capital as a representative of the media and conducting competitive factors including technology, labor and land, and other elements of competitiveness, rational understanding and use of broad capital elements are essential for the formation of strategic emerging industries internationally competitive. Enterprise as the resource integration body, resources space can be extended by broad capital elements, expand production and sales of the border, provide a broader space for development to obtain sustained international competitiveness.
