摘  要:根据学生英语基础差异较大的实际情况,在教学过程中通过选用合适的教材和自编材料,采用重点讲授、合作完成任务、个性化课堂练习等教学方法,能使不同英语基础的学生都得到适当照顾。实践表明:通过这种差异化教学,能够有效地提高学生的学习积极性,促进大多数学生的英语学习。Based on the facts that college students differ greatly in their English learning back-grounds, appropriate teaching methods were used to meet the requirements of the differentiated instruction for the students who had different English proficiency, including adopting suitable textbooks, compiling of teaching materials, expository teaching on key materials, accomplishing collaborative tasks and personalized class assignments, etc. Practical results showed that these methods had greatly promoted the interests and efficiency for the English study of most college students.
