白头翁汤加味配合中药灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎肠黏膜损伤21例

摘　　要：目的:观察白头翁汤加味配合中药灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎肠黏膜损伤的临床疗效。方法:选取本院接诊的42例溃疡性结肠炎黏膜损伤患者,作为研究对象,将其分为治疗组和对照组,每组各21例。对照组给予奥沙拉秦钠胶囊口服治疗,治疗组给予白头翁汤加味配合中药灌肠治疗。结果:对照组有效率为57.1%,治疗组有效率为81.0%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:白头翁汤加味配合中药灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎肠黏膜损伤的临床效果显著。Objective ： To observe the clinical effects of Supplemented Baitouweng Decoction combined with enema of Chinese med- icine on intestinal mucosal injury due to ulcerative colitis （UC）, Methods ： 42 cases with intestinal mucosal injury due to UC re- ceived by this hospital were selected as the study objects and divided into treatment group and control group, with 21 cases in each group. Control group were orallly given Olsalazine Sodium Capsules while treatment group were given Supplemented Baitou- weng l）ecoction combined with enema of Chinese medicine for the treatment. Results： Tile effective rate of treatment group （81.0%） was higher than that of control group （57.1%） （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Supplemented Baitouweng Decoction com- bined with enema of Chinese medicine on intestinal mucosal injury due to UC.
