虎力散片配合中药外贴治疗强直性脊柱炎39例

摘　　要：目的:观察虎力散片配合中药外贴治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床效果。方法:选择强直性脊柱炎患者78例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组39例。对照组给予柳氮磺胺吡啶、白芍总苷胶囊治疗,观察组给予虎力散片联合中药外贴治疗。结果:观察组治疗后中医症状评分优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后SAS、SDS评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:虎力散片与配合中药外贴治疗强直性脊柱炎疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Hulisan Tablets combined with external plastering of Chinese medicine on ankylosing spondylitis （AS）. Methods： 78 cases with AS were selected and randomized into control group and observation group, with 39 cases in each group. Control group were given Salazosulfapyridine and Total Glueosides of Paeony Capsules for the the treatment. Observation group were given Hulisan Tablets combined with external plastering of Chinese medicine. Results： The TCM symptom scores of observation group were better than these of control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. After the treatment, the scores of SAS and SDS in observation group were better than these in control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ： Conclusion ： Hulisan Tablets combined with external plastering of Chinese medicine has remarkable therapeutic effects on AS.
