血栓通注射液治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察血栓通注射液配合低中频治疗仪治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:选择2012年3月—2014年3月本院腰椎间盘突出症患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组采用低中频治疗仪治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上采用血栓通注射液治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效。结果:观察组优良率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组JOA评分较治疗前显著提高,治疗后1周、2周、4周观察组JOA评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组SF-36评分较治疗前均显著提高(P<0.05),观察组SF-36评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:血栓通注射液配合低中频治疗仪治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著。Objective： To study the clinical effects of Xueshuantong Injection on lumbar discs herniation （LDH）. Methods： 100 cases with LDH receive from March of 2012 to March of 2014 were randomized into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. Control group were given low-medium frequency apparatus for the treatment while observation group were added with Xueshuantong Injection. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results ： The excellent and good rate of observation group was better than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The JOA scores of both groups increased markedly after the treatment. After one week and two weeks of treatment, the JOA score of observation group was better than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The SF-36 score of both groups increased remarkably after the treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ） and the SF-36 score of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Xueshuantong Injection combined with low-medi- um frequency apparatus has remarkable therapeutic effects on LDH.
