益肾蠲痹汤联合柳氮磺胺吡啶片治疗强直性脊柱炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的：观察益肾蠲痹汤联合柳氮磺胺吡啶片治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效。方法：将2013年5月—2014年2月就诊于本院的强直性脊柱炎风寒湿痹证患者134例，随机分为对照组和观察组各67例，对照组口服柳氮磺胺吡啶片治疗，初剂量为每日2～3g，分3～4次口服，根据病情增减。观察组则加用自拟益肾蠲痹汤治疗，日1剂，两组患者均连续治疗3个月。结果：对照组有效率为79．1％，与观察组有效率92．5％比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；患者经治疗后脊柱疼痛、脊柱活动度、胸廓活动度与治疗前相比有所改善，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；两组患者治疗后ESR、ClIP水平与治疗前相比明显降低，观察纽改善更明显，差异性显著（P〈0．05）；两纽患者的血液流变指标较治疗前有所改善，观察组改善更为显著，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：益肾蠲痹汤联合柳氮磺胺吡啶片治疗强直性脊柱炎疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Kidney-Benefiting and Bi-Eliminating Decoction combined with Salazosul- fapyridine Tablet on ankylosing pondylitis （AS）. Methods： 134 eases with AS of wind-cold-damp Bi syndrome received by this hospital for May of 2013 to February of 2015 were randomized into control group and observation group, with 67 cases in each group. Control group were given Salazosulfapyridine Tablet, with dosage of 2-3 g each day and for 3 -4 times of oral administration and modified with condition. Observation group were added with self-fmrnulated Kidney-Benefiting and Bi-Eliminating Decoction, with 1 dose each day and for continuous treatment of 3 months for both groups. Results ： The effective rate was 79.1% in control group and 92.5% in observation goup; the difference had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05 ）. After the treatment, the spinal pain, spinal mobility, thoracic cage mobility got improved compared before treatment; the difference between the two groups had statistical significance （P 〈 O. 05 ）. The levels of ESR and CRP in both groups got marked declined when compared with before treatment, and the levels in observation group were even lower; the difference was significant （P 〈 0. 05）. The hemorheology in- dexes in both groups were enhanced after the treatment, and the improvement in observation group was more significant; the difference had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Kidney-Benefiting and Bi-Eliminating Decoction combined with Salazosulfapyridine Tablet has remarkable therapeutic effects on AS.
