中药治疗银屑病31例

摘　　要：目的:观察中药治疗银屑病的临床疗效。方法:将61例银屑病患者随机分为观察组31例和对照组30例,对照组患者采用阿维A酸治疗,观察组患者采用中药治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效、不良反应发生率及复发率。结果:观察组有效率为90.32%,不良反应发生率为6.45%,复发率为9.68%;对照组有效率为70.00%,不良反应发生率为30%,复发率为33.33%。两组有效率、不良反应发生率和复发率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药治疗银屑病疗效显著,且不良反应发生率以及复发率均比较低。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Chinese medicine on psoriasis. Methods： 61 cases with psoriasis were ran- domized into observation group （31 cases） and control group （30 cases）. Control group were given Acitretin while observation group were given Chinese medicine for the treatment. The clinical effects, occurrence rates of the adverse reactions and the re- lapse rates of the two groups were compared. Results： In observation group, the effective rate was 90.32%, occurrence rate of adverse reactions 6.45% , relapse rate 9.68%. In control group, the corresponding rates were respectively 70.00% , 30% and 33.33%. The differences of the effective rates, occurrence rates of adverse reactions and relapse rates between the two groups had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Chinese medicine has remarkable therapeutic effects on psoriasis with low occurrence rate of adverse reactions and low relapse rate.
