吉非替尼联合鸦胆子油乳针对非小细胞肺癌脑转移患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察吉非替尼联合鸦胆子油乳针对非小细胞肺癌脑转移患者的影响。方法:选取非小细胞肺癌脑转移患者64例,随机分成治疗组34例和对照组30例。对照组给予吉非替尼治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予鸦胆子油乳针静脉滴注治疗。结果:治疗组karnofsky评分提高率优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组疼痛缓解有效率优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组皮疹、转氨酶升高发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:鸦胆子油乳针联合吉非替尼能改善非小细胞肺癌脑转移患者生活质量,缓解患者疼痛,减轻不良反应。Objective： To observe the influence of Gefitnib combined with Bruceolic Oil Emulsion on patients with brain metastases of non-small-cell lung cancer （NSCLC）. Methods： 64 cases with NSCLC were randomized into treatment group （34 cases） and control group （30 cases）. Control group were given Gefitnib while treatment group were additionally given intravenous dripping of Bruceolic oil Emulsion. Results ： The improvement rate of the karnofsky score in treatment group was higher than that in control grot, p （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The effective rate of pain relief in treatment group was better than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The oc- currence rates of rash and transaminase increase in treatment group were lower than these in control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclu- sion ： Gefitnib combined with Bruceolic Oil Emulsion can improve the life quality of the patients with brain metastases of NSCLC, relieve their pain, and reduce the rate of adverse reactions.
