调肝理脾通降法结合芒硝敷脐治疗单纯性肠梗阻31例

摘　　要：目的:观察调肝理脾通降法结合芒硝敷脐治疗不全性肠梗阻的临床疗效。方法:将60例不全性肠梗阻患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组29例采用常规治疗(禁食、胃肠减压、抗感染、抑酸、抑制肠液分泌及对症支持治疗等),治疗组31例在常规治疗的基础上加用调肝理脾通降法结合芒硝敷脐治疗。观察两组患者临床疗效。结果:对照组组有效率为89.7%,治疗组有效率为93.5%,两组有效率比较差异不显著(P>0.05);治疗组首次排便时间、腹痛缓解时间、首次肛门排气时间、白细胞恢复正常的时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:调肝理脾通降法结合芒硝敷脐治疗肠梗阻疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of the method of Regulating the Liver and Spleen and Downward Draining combined with navel compressing of Mangxiao （Natrii Sulfas） on ileus. Methods： 60 cases with incomplete ileus were randomized into treatment group （31 cases） and control group （29 cases）. Control group were given conventional treatment （fasting, gastro- intestinal decompression, anti-infection, acid suppression, inhibition of secretion of intestinal juice and symptomatic supporting treatment, etc. ）. Treatment group were additionally applied method of Regulating the Liver and Spleen and Downward Draining combined with navel compressing of Mangxiao （ Natrii Sulfas）. The clinical effects of both groups were observed. Results： The ef- fective rate was 89.7% in control group and 93.5% in treatment ~oup; the difference wasn＇t significant （P 〉 0.05 ）. In treat- ment group, the first defecation time, time for abdominal pain relief, first anal evacuation time, recovery time of the leucocytes to be normal and hospital stays were all obviously shorter than these in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The method of regula- ting the liver and spleen and downward draining combined with navel compressing of Mang＇xiao （ Natrii Sulfas ） has remarkable therapeutic effects on ileus.
