口服生大黄粉治疗上消化道出血40例

摘　　要：目的:观察口服生大黄粉治疗上消化道出血的临床疗效。方法:将80例上消化道出血患者随机分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组在常规治疗的基础上联合凝血酶治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上口服生大黄粉治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果:观察组的显效率和有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:常规治疗联合生大黄粉治疗上消化道出血疗效显著。Objective ： To observe the clinical effects of oral administration of Raw Dahuang Powder on upper gastrointestinal hem- orrhage. Methods： 80 cases with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage were randomized into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. Control group were given conventional treatment combined with thrombin for the treatment while ob- servation group were conducted conventional treatment combined with oral administration of Raw Dahuang Powder. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results ： The marked improvement rate and effective rate of observation group were both higher than these in control group ; the difference had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Conventional treatment combined with Raw Dahuang Powder has remarkable therapeutic effects on upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.
