益母草注射液联合缩宫素对产后出血的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察益母草注射液联合缩宫素对产后出血的影响。方法:选取具有出血高危因素的产妇80例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与治疗组,每组40例。对照组单纯应用缩宫素治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用益母草注射液治疗,两组患者均给予常规中医综合护理。结果:治疗组治疗后持续宫缩时间、恶露排出时间、输血率均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后子宫复旧情况、产后24 h Hb下降值、产后2 h出血量、产后24 h出血量均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益母草注射液联合缩宫素能预防产后出血,可显著缩短产后出血时间,促进子宫复旧。Objective： To observe the influence of Yimucao Injection combined with Oxytocin on postpartum hemorrhage. Meth- ods： 80 parturients with high risk of hemorrhage were randomized into control group and treatment group, with 40 cases in each group. Control group were simply given Oxytocin while treatment group were additionally given Yimucao Injection. Both groups were performed conventional TCM comprehensive nursing. Results ： The duration of uterine contraction, time of lochia discharge and the blood transfusion rate in treatment group were all better than these in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The involution of uterus, decrease value of postpartum 24hHb, bleeding volume within 2 hours and 24 hours of delivery of treatment group were all better than these in control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Yimucao Injection combined with Oxytocin can prevent postpartum hemor- rhage, significantly shorten the bleeding time and promote the involution of uterus.
