妇科千金片联合少腹逐瘀颗粒治疗急性盆腔炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察妇科千金片联合少腹逐瘀颗粒治疗急性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法:选取急性盆腔炎患者140例,随机分为两组。对照组68例使用妇科千金片治疗,观察组72例在对照组治疗的基础上使用少腹逐瘀颗粒治疗。对两组患者临床疗效进行评价,统计两组患者症状、体征恢复正常时间。结果:观察组患者治愈率和有效率均明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者下腹疼痛缓解时间、宫颈举痛缓解时间、体温正常时间以及包块消除时间明显短于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用妇科千金片联合少腹逐瘀颗粒治疗急性盆腔炎可以提高治疗效果,缩短治疗时间,疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Fuke Qianjin Tablet combined with Lower Abdominal Stasis Expelling Granules on acute pelvic inflammatory disease （APID）. Methods： 140 cases with APID were randomized into control group （68 cases） given Fuke Qianjin Tablet for the treatment and observation group （72 cases） additionally given Lower Abdominal Stasis Expelling Granules. The clinical efficacies of the two groups were evaluated ; recovery time for various symptoms and signs of the two group were measured. Results ： The cure rate and effective rate of observation group were markedly higher than these of control group ; the differenee had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05）. The pain relief time of the lower abdomen and uterine neck, recov- ery time of the body temperature and the time for lump elimination in observation group were all shorter than these in control group; the difference bad statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： In treating APID, Fuke Qianjin Tablet combined with Lower Abdominal Stasis Expelling Granules can remarkably enhance the therapeutic effects, shorten the curative time.
