中西医结合治疗帕金森病50例

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗帕金森(PD)的临床疗效。方法:将100例PD患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。对照组采用美多芭进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用熄风定颤丸进行治疗。连续治疗1个疗程后,观察临床疗效,并对帕金森评定量表进行评分(UPDRS)。结果:观察组有效率为84%,明显优于对照组的70%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组UPDRS评分明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗PD临床疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of integrative Chinese and western medicine on Parkinson＇s disease （PD）. Methods： 100 cases with PD were randomized into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. Control group were given Madopar for the treatment while observation group were additionally given Wind-Extinguishing and Quiver-Cal- ming Pills for the treatment. After a treatment course, the clinical eit^cts were observed and the unified Parkinsong disease rating scale （UPDRS） were scored. Results： The effective rate was 84% in observation group amd 70% in control group; the difference had statistical significance （P 〈0.05）. After the treatment, the score of UPDRS in observation group was higher than that of control group; tile difference had statistical significance （P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion： Integrative Chinese and western medicine has remarkable therapeutic effects on PD.
