腹部推拿配合针刺治疗习惯性便秘临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察腹部推拿配合针刺治疗习惯性便秘的临床疗效。方法:选取2012年1月—2014年6月本院共收治习惯性便秘患者60例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例,对照组给予口服复方芦荟胶囊,每次2粒,每日2次,治疗组给予腹部推拿配合针刺治疗,两组均连续治疗3周,比较两组患者临床症状、不良反应及复发情况。结果:近期疗效中,对照组有效率为80.0%,治疗组有效率为86.7%,两组有效率比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);在两组远期疗效比较中,治疗组有效率为86.7%,显著高于对照组有效率36.7%(P<0.05)。在两组中医证候积分中,两组治疗后积分均显著低于治疗前积分(P<0.05),组间比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:腹部推拿配合针刺治疗习惯性便秘疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of abdominal massage combined with acupuncture on habitual constipation. Methods： 60 cases with habitual constipation received by this hospital from January of 2012 to June of 2014 were randomized into control group and treatment group, with 30 cases in each group. Control group were given Compound Aloe Capsule, 2 capsules each time and twice every day. Treatment group were given ＇abdominal massage combined with acupuncture. After 3 weeks of con- tinuous treatment fi）r both groups, the clinical symptoms, adverse reactions and relapse of the two groups were compared. Results ： For the short-time effects, the effective rate was 80.0% in control group and 86.7% in treatment group; there was no significant difference （P 〉0.05 ）. For long-term effects, the effective rate of treatment group was 86.7%, remarkably higher than that of control group （ 36.7% ） （ P 〈 0.05 ）. For the TCM symptom scores, the scores ＇after the treatment of both groups were apparently lower than these before the treatment ; there was significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Abdomi- nal massage combined with acupuncture has remarkable therapeutic effects on habitual constipation.
