背俞穴拔罐治疗小儿外感咳嗽32例

摘　　要：目的:观察背俞穴拔罐治疗小儿外感咳嗽的临床疗效。方法:选取外感咳嗽患儿62例,随机分为治疗组32例和对照组30例。对照组给予常规抗炎止咳化痰治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用背俞穴拔罐治疗。结果:治疗1周后,治疗组治愈21例,治愈率65.63%,好转10例,无效1例,有效率96.88%;对照组治愈10例,治愈率33.33%,好转17例,无效3例,有效率90.00%。治疗组治愈率、有效率均明显优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论:背俞穴拔罐治疗小儿外感咳嗽疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of cupping on back shu acupcrints for treating pediatric exogenous cough. Methods： 62 cases with exogenous cough were randomized into treatment group （32 cases） and control group （30 cases）. Con- trol group were given routine treatment of anti-inflammation, cough-stopping and phlegm-resolving. Treatment group were addi- tionally given cupping treatment on back shu acupoints. Results： After treatment for one weak, in treatment group, 21 cases were cured and the cure rate was 65.63% ; 10 cases got improved and I cases showed ineffective; the effective rate was 96.88%. In control group, 10 cases were cured and the cure rate was 33.33% ; 17 cases got improved and 3 cases showed ineffective; the ef fective rate was 90.00%. Both the cure rate and effective rate in treatment group were better than those in control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Cupping on back shu acupoints has remarkable effect on pediatric exogenous cough.
