摘  要:目的:通过正交设计优选红景天的纯化工艺,筛选出最佳工艺参数。方法:采用正交试验法,通过考察生石灰加入量、乙醇体积和醇沉次数三个基本因素对红景天纯化工艺的影响,以红景天苷含量的为评价指标,辅以溶液色泽,除去鞣质和蛋白质的效果为检测指标进行研究,优选最佳纯化工艺。结果:红景天纯化的最佳工艺为:红景天浸膏液(相对密度1.25)中加入浸膏量10%的Ca O,碱化2 h,碱化膏醇沉3次,液量比为1∶3∶3∶3,离心,合并上清液,浓缩至所需程度。结论:采用生石灰沉淀法对红景天的纯化,特别是红景天中的鞣质除去的工艺稳定,可行,可为工业化生产提供依据。Objective : To select the optimum technology parameter in optimizing the purification technology of Hongjingtian ( Radix et Rhizoma Rhodiolae Crenulatae) by orthogonal test. Methods: By conducting orthogonal test, exploring the three basic factors (addition amount of quicklime, ethyl alcohol volume and alcohol precipitation times) which influence the purification process of Hong.jingtian (Radix et Rhizoma Rhodiolae Crenulatae) , taking the content of salidroside as the evaluation index and supplemen- ted by the color of the solution, result after removing tannin and protein as the test index, the optimum purification technology were selected. Results: The optimum purification technology: Add CaO of 10% extract amount into the Hongjingtian Extract Liq- uid ( relative density 1.25 ) and then alkalify for 2h. Performed 'alcohol precipitation to alkalified extract thefor 3 times with the liquid quantity relative ratio of 1:3:3:3, centrifuge and mix the supernatant liquid, condense to required degree. Conclusion : The experimental results indicate that the purification technologies of quicklime precipitation and especially the tannin-removing tech- nology are stable and feasible can provide evidences for the commercial process.
