桃红四物汤加减联合湿润烧伤膏治疗轻中度烧伤62例

摘　　要：目的:观察桃红四物汤加减联合湿润烧伤膏治疗轻中度烧伤的临床疗效。方法:选取轻中度烧伤患者123例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组61例与治疗组62例。对照组给予湿润烧伤膏治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用桃红四物汤加减治疗。结果:治疗组愈合时间显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组有效率87.1%,对照组有效率65.6%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:桃红四物汤加减联合湿润烧伤膏治疗轻中度烧伤临床疗效显著,能显著缩短创面愈合时间,促进创面愈合。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Modified Peach Kernel and Carthamus Four Substances Decoction com- bined with Moist Exposed Burn Ointment on medium burn. Methods： 123 cases with medium burn were randomized into control group （61 cases） and treatment group （62 cases）. Control group were given Moist Exposed Burn Ointment while treatment group were added with Modified Peach Kernel and Carthamus Four Substances Decoction. Results ： The healing time of treatment group was markedly lower than that of control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The effective rate of treatment group （87.1% ） was higher than that of control group （65.6%） （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conlcusion： Modified Peach Kernel and Carthamus Four Substances Decoction com- bined with Moist Exposed Burn Ointment has remarkable clinical effects on medium burn, which can obviously shorten the wound healing time and promote the wound healing.
