健胃愈疡片治疗急性胃肠炎60例

摘　　要：目的:观察健胃愈疡片治疗急性胃肠炎的临床疗效。方法:选择急性胃肠炎患者120例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例。对照组给予乳酸左氧氟沙星氯化钠注射液静脉滴注治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用健胃愈疡片口服治疗。结果:治疗组有效率100.0%,对照组有效率55.0%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后WBC、CRP水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健胃愈疡片治疗急性胃肠炎疗效甚佳。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Stomach-Strengthening and Ulcer-Healing Tablets on acute gastroenteritis. Methods： 120 cases with acute gastroenteritis were selected and randomized into treatment group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. Control gorup were given intravenous dripping of Levofloxaein Lactate Sodium Chloride while treatment group were additionally orally given Stomach-Strengthening and Ulcer-Healing Tablets. Results： The effective rate of treatment group （ 100.0% ） was better than that of control group （55.0%） （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The levels of WBC and CRP in treatment group were better than these in control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion ： Stomach-Strengthening and Ulcer-Healing Tablets has excellent ther- apeutic effects on acute gastroenteritis.
