摘　　要：糖调节受损是糖尿病的"后备军",此期尚具有可逆性。因此,积极干预治疗糖调节受损,对预防糖尿病及其血管病变、减少病死率是十分必要的。糖调节受损是中医"治未病"领域的优势病种,研究中医药干预治疗糖调节受损具有广阔的前景。中医药能够降低糖尿病发病率,改善胰岛细胞功能,具有"简、便、效、廉"的特点,安全经济,无明显的不良反应。但目前研究大部分都是小样本局域性研究,干预时间短,无随访;在糖调节受损中医病因病机的认识上未臻一致,现有研究资料中医证候问卷不统一,样本量偏少;辨证标准不统一;疗效客观性和可比性差;中药药理探讨不深入等。因此,应采用多中心、大样本、随机双盲的方法,加大对中医药防治糖调节受损的临床研究,进一步为中医药治疗糖调节受损提供依据。Sugar regulation injury would develop into diabetes. However this period is reversible. Therefore,effective intervention in sugar regulation injury is necessary to prevent diabetes and vascular lesions from happening,and reduce the fatality rate. Sugar regulation injury is an advantag ous field in Chinese medicine＇ s preventive treatment of disease called ＂ Zhiweibing＂. The research on Chinese medicine intervention in treatment of sugar regulation injury has a broad prospect. Traditional Chinese medicine can reduce the incidence of diabetes and improve the function of islet cells,being safe and economicd,without obvious adverse reactions. However the present study is mostly with small sample being local research,with short intervention time and without follow-up observation. Moreover,the etiology and pathogenesis of TCM syndrome research on sugar regulation damaged is not consistent,without an unified syndromen and adequate differentiation standard. Chinese medicine pharmacology study. Therefore,multicenter,large sample,randomized,double-blind method should be used to enlarge clinical research of prevention and control of sugar regulation injury to promote traditional Chinese medicine treatment of sugar regulation injury.
