摘　　要：目的了解北京市朝阳区流动人口重点传染病预防健康素养现状,为进一步开展行为干预提供依据。方法采用多阶段抽样方法,选择流动人口相对密集的场地,即建筑工地、娱乐场所、宾馆、餐厅和集贸市场共1 500例作为调查对象进行问卷调查和行为观察。调查内容包括基本情况、重点传染病预防知识、健康行为方式、阅读理解和现场行为观察5个部分。结果测量体温、安全套使用、咳嗽吐痰和洗手行为的实际操作得分分别为(7.59±1.83)、(6.81±2.68)、(4.41±0.97)和(7.15±1.92)分。流动人口健康素养得分总分为(42.91±8.10)分,其中健康知识、健康行为方式和现场行为操作得分分别为(11.67±2.87)、(5.27±1.86)、和(25.97±5.86)分。多元线性回归分析显示,年龄、职业是居民健康素养水平的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论朝阳区流动人口行为干预中加大安全套使用的推广,重点加强对高年龄组、集贸市场个体户流动人口的健康教育和健康促进工作。【Objective】 To learn the status of health literacy of floating population in Chaoyang District of Beijing on prevention of principal infectious diseases so as to provide the basis for behavioral intervention.【Methods】 With multi-stage sampling,1,500 floating population in construction sites,entertainment venues,hotels,restaurants and bazaars of Chaoyang District were selected as experiment subjects.The investigation content included basic information,health knowledge on prevention of principal infectious diseases,health behavior styles,reading comprehension and field behavior operating.【Results】 Among the floating population,the average operation scores of correct measuring temperature,condom use,coughing and spitting,and washing hands were（7.59 ± 1.83）,（6.81 ± 2.68）,（4.41 ± 0.97） and（7.15 ± 1.92）,respectively.The total score of health literacy of the floating population was（42.91 ± 8.10）,while the average scores of health knowledge,health behavior styles and field behavior operating were（11.67 ± 2.87）,（5.27 ± 1.86） and（25.97 ± 5.86）,respectively.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age and occupation were the influencing factors of residents＇ health literacy level（P〈0.05）.【Conclusions】 During the intervention in the behaviour of floating population in Chaoyang District of Beijing,condom use still needs to be promoted,and health education and promotion should be aimed at the elderly group and the self-employed migrants in bazaars.
