摘 要:宋新庄煤矿回风斜井倾角22°,净断面16.3m2,斜长1 465m。井筒掘进至283.4m处时,突遇层厚8.3m、斜长22m的泥流砂层,涌水量15m3/h,采用常规方法处理,未能奏效,工程被迫停工。根据具体情况,经方案比选,确定采用化学注浆技术进行治理。即在工作面,向流砂层预注化学浆液,进行堵水加固;结合超前支护、短段掘支、强支撑、勤量测等技术措施进行施工。方案实施后,安全顺利地通过了含水流砂层段,收到了预期效果。A mine air returning inclined shaft of Songxinzhuang Mine had an inclination of 22° ,a net cross section of 16.3 m2 and an inclined length of 1 465 m.When the mine inclined shaft was headed at length of 283.4 m ,a quicksand stratum with a thickness of 8.3 m and a inclined length of 22 m was suddenly occurred.A water inflow of 15 m3/h was come from the quicksand stratum ,a conventional method was applied to the handling with no effect and the project construction had to stop.According to the certain condition ,with a comparison of the plans ,a chemical grouting technology was deter-mined and applied to the handling of the quicksand stratum. The chemical grout was pre-grouted into the quicksand stratum at the mine inclined shaft heading face and then a water sealing and reinforce-ment were conducted. The combination of the pilot support ,short sectional heading and support ,pow-erful support ,frequent measurements and other technical measures was conducted for the construc-tion. After the plan was implemented ,the mine inclined shaft was safely and successfully passed through the section of the water bearing quicksand stratum with an expected effect.
