双筒取心器与顶驱钻机应用于井筒检查孔施工

摘　　要：新疆邢美矿业有限公司塔什店矿区一号矿井主、副井检查孔施工中,选择双筒取心器与TD2000/600型顶驱钻机配合使用,安全、高效地完成了取心工作,全孔取心率达90%左右。取心成果为地质资料的编写提供了可靠依据。重点介绍双筒取心器、TD2000/600型顶驱钻机的结构特点、技术参数,以及二者配合使用情况。In checking borehole constructions of a mine main shaft and mine auxiliary shaft in No .1 Mine of Tashidian Mining Area ,Xinjiang Xingmei Mining Corporation Limited ,a double-tube corer and TD2000/600 model top drive drilling machine were selected and matched applied ,the coring opera-tion was safety and high efficiently completed and the coring rate of the full borehole was about 90% . The coring achievements provided reliable basis for the preparation of the geological information .The paper emphasized the introduction on the structure features and technical parameters of the double-tube corer and TD2000/600 mode top drive drilling machine as well as the matched application condi-tion of the equipments .
