摘 要:建立气相色谱-质谱法检测塑料食品包装材料中5种挥发性有机物丁酮、乙酸乙酯、苯、甲苯、乙酸丁酯的分析方法。以欧盟标准EU10/2011限定的4种模拟液(30g/L乙酸、10%乙醇、20%乙醇、50%乙醇)为提取介质,采用气相色谱-质谱法对挥发性有机物进行检测。该法对目标有机物的检测线性范围为0.5~20.0mg/L,检出限为0.02mg/m2,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.31%~9.14%(n=6),加标回收率为81%-118%。研究了提取时间、温度以及不同浸泡介质对5种挥发性有机物在4种模拟液中的迁移情况的影响。该方法简便、快速、重现性好,能满足塑料包装材料中溶剂残留量迁移规律的分析要求。A method was developed to determinate 5 common volatile organic compounds (VOCs) butanone, ethyl acetate, benzene, toluene, butyl acetate in plastics food packaging materials by GC-MS method. According to EU 10/2011, 4 kinds of extraction media (30 g/L acetic acid, 10% ethanol, 20% ethanol, 50% ethanol) were used in the experiment, the VOCs were determinate by GC-MS. The linearity ofVOCs by this method ranged from 0.5 mg/L to 20.0 mg/L, the detection limit was 0.02 mg/m2. The recoveries were 81%-118% with RSD of 1.31%-9.14% (n=6). The impact of migration for the five kinds of VOCs in the four kinds of simulated media was studied including the extract time, temperature, and the type of extract media. This method is simple, rapid, accurate and could be applied for determining the solvent residues migration regulation in the plastic packing materials.
