摘 要:两独立样本均数t检验法是进行标准溶液期间核查的常用评价方法,通过比较参考标准溶液和使用标准溶液均值差与给定允许误差的差异对使用溶液是否合格进行评价。从统计学原理出发,对该方法的详细计算过程进行了探讨,并对该方法用于核查标准溶液存在的不足进行了公式修正。首先计算出与两标准溶液均值差无显著性差异的计算允许误差范围,然后与给定允许误差进行比较来确定标准溶液是否符合要求,相关实例分析表明修正后的公式更适用于实验室标准溶液核查,能够有效避免核查结果错误现象。Independent samples t test was often used for period verification of reference materials by comparing the differences between standard solution and reference material with the given allowable error. Detailed formula calculations of this method were investigated, and modifications were made to yield a new formula according to the statistical methodology. In the new formula, the theoretical allowable error range was firstly calculated when the means of standard solution and reference material were not significantly different, then the theoretical allowable error was compared with the given allowable error to finish the evaluation under different scenarios. Results of ease study analysis suggested thai the new formula was more suitable than the old one.
