摘  要:目的探讨增加氧饱和度对肺肿瘤组织摄取^(99m)锝-甲氧基异丁基异腈亲肿瘤显像(^(99m)Tc-MIBI)的临床价值。方法 21例肺癌患者吸氧前后分别行单光子发射计算机断层成像术(SPECT)早期(吸氧前)和延迟(吸氧后)断层显像,计算早期相摄取比值(ER)和延迟相摄取比值(DR),分析吸氧前后ER值、DR值及氧饱和度的差异。结果早期ER和DR值分别为(2.06±0.62)和(2.45±0.71),吸氧后ER和DR值分别为(2.70±0.69)和(3.54±0.87)。吸氧后ER和DR值较吸氧前显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。吸氧前氧饱和度为(89.5±4.5)%,吸氧后氧饱和度为(96.3±2.5)%,吸氧后氧饱和度明显上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论增加氧饱和度对肺肿瘤组织摄取^(99m)Tc-MIBI有较高的临床价值。[ Objective ] To discuss the clinical value of oxygen saturation increase on lung tumor tissue uptaking ^99mTc-MIBI tumoraffin imaging. [Methods] Conduct ^99mTc-MIBI lung tumor SPECT early stage and delayed fault imaging to 21 lung tumor patients before and after their oxygen inhalation, calculate early stage lung tumor/non lung tumor tissue uptaking ratio (ER), and make statistics about the difference of ER, DR and oxygen saturation before and after oxygen inhalation. [ Results ] In the early stage, the mean values of ER and DR before oxygen inhalation are (2.06 ± 0.62) and (2.45 ± 0.71) respectively, and after oxygen inhalation, the mean values of ER and DR are (2.70 ± 0.69) and (3.54 ± 0.87) respectively, so the mean values of ER and DR remarkably rise after oxygen inhalation than those before oxygen inhalation, and the two have statistical significance (P 〈 0.05). The mean values of oxygen saturation before and after oxygen inhalation are (89.5 ± 4.5)% and (96.3 ± 2.5)% respectively, and oxygen saturation goes up obviously after oxygen inhalation, and the two have statistical significance (P 〈 0.05). [ Conclusion ] Increasing oxygen saturation has pretty high clinical value for lung tumor tissue uptaking ^99mTc-MIBI.
