摘 要:研究了EPS颗粒的掺量对石膏吸水率、表观密度、强度以及耐水性能的影响。结果表明:EPS颗粒的最优掺量为1.3%,此时石膏的表观密度为839.06 kg/m3;在干燥状态下的抗压、抗折强度分别为4.05 MPa和2.06 MPa;吸水率为33.85%;抗压和抗折软化系数分别为0.517和0.650,比未掺入EPS颗粒时分别提高了20.79%和11.49%。The apparent density of the gypsum further can be reduced by incorporated EPS particles, the experimental studied water absorption, strength apparent density and water resistance of gypsum effected by the dosage of EPS particles material. The results showed that: the optimum dosage of EPS particles was 1.3%, then the apparent density of the gypsum was 839.06 kg/m3; the dry compressive strength and flexural strength were 4.05 MPa and 2.06 MPa; water absorption was 33.85%; compressive and flexural softening coefficient of 0.517 and 0.650, were increased by 20.79% and 11.49% compared with unincorporated EPS particles respectively.
