摘 要:为提高煤矸石废弃物的综合利用,通过工业水玻璃加碱后制备的水玻璃模拟酸渣-硫酸钠合成的低模数水玻璃,在接近石灰窑尾气CO2体积分数下,采用碳化法制备白炭黑。本实验考察了反应温度、反应物体积分数和电解质对吸油值的影响,以获得符合国家吸油值标准2.0~3.5 m L/g的白炭黑产品。通过SEM,化学吸附分析仪,激光粒度仪等手段对产品进行表征,探明产品形貌、粒度等与吸油值的关系。结果表明:粒径与吸油值呈负相关,90℃粒径达到最小值7.34μm,吸油值达到最大值3.538 m L/g。水玻璃体积分数影响产品粒径,V(水)/V(水玻璃)在0~2,颗粒粒径与硅酸钠体积分数正相关。70℃时,加入电解质,孔体积增大,结构变得疏松,吸油值增大至3.343 m L/g。通过控制反应条件,可以制得满足国标要求的白炭黑产品。In order to improve the utilization rate of coal gangue, we used the water glass which was made by adding alkali into water glass to simulate the low modulus water glass which was synthesized by acid leaching residues and Na2SO4. We made white carbon black through carbonization method by passing into the gas which its carbon dioxide concentration is close to the lime kiln exhaust. The influences of reaction temperature, reactant concentrations and electrolyte on oil adsorption value were studied to obtain the products which meet the national standard of oil adsorption value 2.0~3.5 m L/g. Through the characterization method of SEM, chemical adsorption analyzer and laser particle size analyzer, we found the relationship between oil adsorption value and micro appearance and particle size. The result shows, particle size is negatively correlated with the oil absorption. At 90 ℃, the particle size is 7.34 μm and oil adsorption value reaches 3.538 m L/g. Concentration has an influence on particle size. When the volume of water glass and water is in the range of 0 to 2, particle size is positively correlated with the concentration of sodium silicate. At 70 ℃, oil adsorption change to 3.343 m L/g after adding 100 m L 2% Na2CO3 solution. The pore volume increases and the structure become loose. Through controlling reaction condition the qualified products can be obtained.
