摘  要:试验以不同环境、不同自燃煤矸石粗骨料取代率为变量对C30自燃煤矸石混凝土的强度及干燥收缩裂缝抵抗性能进行了试验研究,并与普通混凝土试件相对比。结果表明,当相对湿度(RH)为60%时,不同养护温度普通混凝土及自燃煤矸石混凝土的强度有所降低;在相同养护温度、湿度条件下,随着自燃煤矸石粗骨料取代率的增加,强度也略有降低;当试验环境湿度(RH=60%)相同时,普通混凝土及自燃煤矸石混凝土随着干燥环境温度的提高,自由干燥收缩长度变化率也会逐渐变大;在相同干燥温度环境下,随着自燃煤矸石粗骨料取代率的增加,混凝土自由干燥收缩率也会变大,所对应的质量损失也会增大;同时,干燥温度越高,干燥收缩裂缝产生的龄期就越早;当环境干燥温度相同时,自燃煤矸石粗骨料取代率越大,干燥收缩裂缝产生的龄期就越早;但粗骨料取代率对自燃煤矸石混凝土抗拉强度的影响有限。Different environment and different replacement rate of spontaneous combustion gangue was used to study the strength and resistance of drying shrinkage crack of C30 spontaneous combustion gangue concrete. Compared with the specimen of common concrete. Results show that, when relative humidity is 60%, the strength of common concrete and the strength of spontaneous combustion gangue concrete will decrease in different temperature; Under the same curing temperature and the same humidity conditions, when replacement rate of spontaneous combustion gangue increases, the strength will decrease slightly; When the relative humidity (RH=60%) is the same, if the temperature of drying environment increase, changing rate of drying shrinkage free length gradually increase; under the same temperature conditions of drying environment, when replacement rate of spontaneous combustion gangue increases, changing rate of drying shrinkage free length and quality loss will increase; At the same time, The higher the drying temperature is, the earlier age of drying shrinkage crack is; when the drying temperature is the same, the higher replacement rate of spontaneous combustion gangue is, the earlier age of drying shrinkage crack is; but effect of replacement rate of coarse aggregate on the tensile strength of spontaneous combustion gangue concrete will be limited.
