摘　　要：采用风险评价理论建立评价指标体系并确定常规评价指标权重,应用价值工程中的折现法对燃气管道改造再利用方案的全寿命周期成本及价值系数进行计算。给出评价体系应用的工程实例。An evaluation index system is established by risk assessment Iheory, and the routine evaluation index weight is confirmed. The whole life-cycle cost and value coefficient of the transformation and recycling scheme of gas pipeline are calculated by the discounting method in value engineering. Engineering examples for the application of the evaluation system are given.
