摘 要:采用微滤错流工艺再生处理钛白粉生产过程中产生的三洗废水,降低二氧化钛颗粒物浓度,使其达到一洗、二洗工艺用水要求。试验结果表明:出水Ti O2质量浓度低于2 mg/L,满足回用要求;膜面流速、跨膜压差、料液浓度三因素对稳态通量影响显著,影响过程受驱动力、滤饼压实程度及流体冲刷程度多重影响;采用超声清洗后的膜纯水通量高,且清洗效果随清洗次数的增加衰减较小。The microfiltration crossflow process has been used for the regenerating treatment of the third-washing wastewater in titanium dioxide production, so as to reduce the particle concentration of titanium dioxide, making it to meet the process water requirements of the first-washing and second-washing. The experimental results show that the concentration of TiO2 in the effluent is below 2 mg/L,which satisfies reuse requirements. The three factors:mem- brane surface flow velocity,transmembrane pressure and feed concentration have significant influences on steady- state flux, and the influencing process are affected by driving forces, compaction degree of filter cake and the degree of fluid scouring. The membrane pure water flux increases after the wastewater has been cleaned with ultrasonic. With the increase of washing times, the washinz effect does not decrease much.
