摘  要:采用内循环三相流化床工艺处理含环己基甲酸废水,以自行研制的改性聚氨酯为载体,研究了各因素对环己基甲酸降解过程的影响。结果表明,进水中120 mg/L环己基甲酸对生物流化床中的微生物有明显的毒害作用,经过2周左右的驯化,毒害可基本消除。在进水COD为1 200 mg/L,反应器内溶解氧控制在3 mg/L,容积负荷<3.14 kg/(m3·d)时,出水COD可稳定达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)规定的二级排放标准。The wastewater containing cyclohexane carboxylic acid has been treated by the three-phase biological flui- dized bed process,using the self-made and modified polyurethane as carrier. The influences of the factors on the degradation course of cyclohexane carboxylic acid are studied. The results show that 120 mg/L of cyclohexane car- boxylic acid in the influent has obvious tonic effect on the micro-organisms in the biochemical fluidized bed. The eff- ect could basically be eliminated after acclimated for about two weeks. When the influent COD is 1 200 mg/L, the dissolved oxygen in the reactor controlled at 3 mg/L,and volume load〈3.14 kg/(m^3 .d),the effluent can steadily reach the second level requirements specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978-1996).
