摘  要:采用H2O2—微电解/Mn O2工艺处理造纸废水,研究了p H、铁炭用量、铁炭比、反应时间、Mn O2加入量、H2O2投加量等因素对处理效果的影响。结果表明,p H=3.0,铁炭总投加质量浓度为20 g/L,Mn O2投加质量浓度为2.50 g/L,H2O2投加质量浓度为0.55 g/L,铁炭物质的量比为1∶1,反应时间为50 min时,造纸废水的COD、SS、氨氮、总磷、BOD5的去除率分别为88%、98.4%、85%、98%、52%。同时可生化性由0.32提高到0.81,减小了后续生化处理工艺负荷。H2O2-micro-electrolysis/MnO2 process has been used tor treating paper-making wastewater, i ne lmluences of the factors, such as pH,total iron and carbon, proportion of iron and carbon,reaction time, MnO2 dosage, H202 dosage,etc, on the removing effects are studied. The results show that when its pH is 3.0,total iron and carbon 20 g/L, MnO2 dosage 2.50 g/L,H202 dosage 0.55 g/L,ratio of iron and carbon 1:1 ,and reaction time 50 rain ,the removing rates of COD, SS, ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorous, BODs, can reach 88%, 98.4%, 85%, 98%, and 52%, respec- tively. The biodegradability is increased from 0.32 to 0.81. As a result, the load of subsequent biochemical treatment process is lightened.
