摘 要:为降低炼化企业新鲜水消耗量及污水排放量,开展了电渗析脱盐深度处理炼化废水的工程化应用试验研究。通过20 t/h电渗析脱盐中试装置的3个月连续运行,探讨了电渗析脱盐深度处理炼化废水回用于循环水补水的可行性,并优化电渗析脱盐装置运行参数,考察装置连续稳定运行性能,为该技术的工程化推广应用提供参考。In order to reduce fresh water consumption and wastewater emission, experimental researches on the ad- vanced treatment of refining wastewater by electrodialysis process, through engineering approaches and application have been developed. After a 3-month continuous operation of the 20 t/h electrodialysis desalination device, the fea- sibility of the advanced treatment of refining wastewater by electrodialysis desalination is discussed, the operation pa- rameters of the device are optimized, and continuously stable operation capacities are investigated. The experimental results provide reference for the engineering popularization and application of this technology.
