摘 要:用反相微乳液方法制备出了一系列不同分子质量、不同阳离子度的丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DAC)和丙烯酰胺(AM)的共聚物P(DAC-AM),研究了引发剂浓度、反应温度、反应时间及单体配比对反应转化率、聚合物分子质量和聚合物阳离子度的影响。将其用于含聚污水的絮凝处理试验,结果表明,对于油田含聚污水,P(DAC-AM)相对分子质量为400万左右,阳离子度30%左右时,在一定工艺条件下,含聚污水浊度去除率可达97%,油去除率可接近100%。A series of P (DAC-AM) co-polymers with different molecular masses and cationicity have been prepared by inverse microemulsion method. The influences of different factors,such as the initiator concentration, reaction temperature ,reaction time ,and monomer ration on the reaction conversion rate ,polymer molecular masses and po- lymer cationicity are investigated. P (DAC-AM) co-polymers is used in the flocculation treatment experiments for wastewater containing polymer. The experimental results show that, as to polymer-containing wastewater in oilfield, the relative molecular weight of P(DAC-AM) is 4 million,when cationicity is about 30%, the turbidity removing rate of polymer-containing wastewater is 97%, and the removing rate of oil content can be near 100%, under certain technological conditions.
