摘　　要：探讨集成产品开发(IPD)模式在新药研发中的具体应用,建立一种以市场为导向的新药开发模式。借鉴IPD模式在电子产品开发领域的成功应用经验,依据新药研发自身情况,对T公司现有新药开发模式进行改善。IPD模式能够提高新药研发立项的科学性,可以合理的控制新药研发风险,有效利用研发资源,新药上市收益有所增加。In this paper, an application of integrated product development （IPD） mode in drug develop- ment was investigated in order to establish a market-oriented model for evaluating development of new drug R＆D. According to the situation of new drug R＆D and a reference of the successful IPD experience in the field of elec- tronic product development, the original new drug R＆D model of T company was improved. Using the IPD model, pharmaeeutieal eompanies can seientifieally seleet new drug R＆D projeets, reasonably control risk, effieiently uti- lize R＆D resources, and increase benefits of product.
