摘　　要：针对目前市售的海带绿豆饮品易沉淀结块、氧化变色,既不美观又影响食用等缺陷,研发一种感官漂亮的含绿豆沙造粒的海带汁补碘饮品(专利号ZL 2010 1 0611494.9),既能补充人体所需的碘,又能消暑解渴、润肤养颜,且色泽形态美观,食用方便,是符合消费者的需求及商业需要的。In view of the present market of kelp mung bean drink＇s defects such as being easy to precipitate, the oxidation and discoloration of mung bean paste and being unsightly as well as being inconvenient when tasting. We developed a kind of beautiful-sensory drink with mung bean granulation and kelp juice containing iodine （Patent No. ZL 2010 1 0611494.9）.1t not only replenish iodine for human but also relieve heat and quench thirst, embellish skin and raise color. It also has beautiful color and lustre and is convenient to take. The kelp mung bean drink is in line with consumers＇ demand and business needs.
