摘 要:以氯霉素废水为研究对象进行静态试验,通过单因素试验确定了催化铁内电解法预处理的适宜参数。试验表明:铁刨花投加量为80 g/L,反应时间90 min,铁铜投加量之比3∶1,p H为5.0,温度为20℃,搅拌速度100 rpm,初始浓度2000 mg/L左右条件下氯霉素废水的CODCr去除率达51%左右,可生化性由0.14提高到0.37。同时,色度去除率可以到达90%以上。连续2周的催化铁内电解连续流试验表明:催化铁内电解法处理氯霉素废水效果稳定,废水的色度平均去除率都在88%以上,平均CODCr去除率为48%,废水的可生化性有很好的改善。The Catalyzed iron internal electrolysis technology was used in pretreatment of chloramphenicol wastewater, we identified the appropriate parameters of Catalyzed Iron internal Electrolysis Method by the single factor test. The results showed that when the weight of iron was 80 rag/L, ration of iron and copper was 3 : 1, plt value was 5.0, reaction time was 90 minutes, the removal rate of CODer could reach 58 % and the wastewater biodegradability could improve from 0.14 to 0.37 which created the advantage for following biochemistry processing. At the same time, the decolorization for wastewaters were over 90 %. 2 weeks of continuous flow experiments after the stable operation of Catalyzed Iron Internal Electrolysis Method show that: Its has an Stability of the effection on chloramphenicol wastewater: above 89 % of average decolorztion of the Chloramphenicol wastewater, they average removal of CODcr is 51% and good improvement of biodegradabilities.
