摘  要:综述了精对苯二甲酸(PTA)生产过程中副产醋酸甲酯提纯的主要方法,并对变压精馏提纯方法、盐效分离方法和萃取精馏方法进行比较研究。结果表明,选取醋酸为萃取剂的萃取精馏技术,避免了萃取剂的回收,具有醋酸甲酯收率高、产品纯度高、工艺简单和能耗低等优点,适合工业化生产,具有较好的应用前景。The main methods for the purification of methyl acetate (PTA) in the production of purified were summarized, and the method for the purification of PSA, the method of salt separation and extraction distillation were studied. The results showed that the extraction of acetic acid as the extractive distillation technology, which can avoid the recovery of the extraction agent, has the advantages of high yield, high purity, simple process and low energy consumption. It is suitable for industrial production and has good application prospect.
