抗流感病毒神经氨酸酶抑制剂的种类及活性的研究进展

摘　　要：作为一类新型的抗流感病毒药物神经氨酸酶抑制剂(NIs),能够阻止病毒颗粒在宿主细胞内复制和释放,并对流感病毒具有较高的选择特异性,能够有效地预防、治疗流感和缓解症状。文章综述了NIs的作用机制,重点归纳了NIs的种类及其抑制活性,为开发研究抗流感病毒药物提供有用的信息和参考。As new anti-influenza virus drug, neuraminidase inhibitors （NIs） can selectively inhibit neuraminidase, and prevent progeny virosome from replication and release in the host cell, thus take precautions against influenza and the alleviation symptom effectively. In this review, action mechanism of Nls is elucidated. Specially, category and activity of Nls are described in detail. The contents can provide useful help to study anti-influenza virus drug.
