摘　　要：通过了解电子工业排放挥发性有机物(VOCs)所带来的主要环境问题和污染防治技术进展情况,认为VOCs污染减排是有技术支持的,经过对行业排放标准缺失和治污效果等问题的思考,建议制定电子工业VOCs排放标准或防治技术规范,将电子行业纳入国家VOCs排污收费试点范围,结合行业产污关键环节进行污染治理。Through the understanding of electronic industrial emissions of volatile organic compounds （VOCs） brought about by the main environmental problems and pollution prevention technology progress situation, believed that VOCs pollution emission reduction is technical support, and after thinking of emission industries lack of standards and the effect of pollution and other problems, it was recommended to develop electronic industrial VOCs emission standards or technical specifications for prevention ,the electronics industry into the national VOCs Pollution Charges the scope of the pilot, combined industry produced dirt key link for pollution control.
