摘　　要：文章介绍了惠州学院如何实施化学工程专业卓越工程师培养计划的一些具体做法。通过增强学生的专业认同感,提升学生的学习动力;在整个实践教学体系的构建中贯穿工程思维,强化学生的工程实践能力和创新能力;充分结合地方产业优势,利用企业的资源,强化师资和实践场所等。这些做法起到了一定的效果,也为地方院校化学工程专业卓越工程师培养积累了一定的经验。The practice of educating and training outstanding chemical engineers in Huizhou University has been introduced in this paper. The study motivation of students has been inspired by enhancing their specialty identification. In order to improve their ability of engineering practice and innovation, the engineering thinking method runs through in the construction of practical teaching system. Combined with local industry advantages and the enterprise resources, the teachers and practice places have been strengthened. It showed effect and provided experience for educating and training outstanding chemical engineers in local colleges.
