摘  要:煤灰熔融特性对预测煤灰的结渣、改变煤灰熔融特性适应不同的排渣方式具有重要意义。对霍林河褐煤和它水洗、酸洗、浮选煤的灰熔点进行了测定,并采用煤灰成分和XRD谱图分析了不同处理方式对煤灰熔融流动特性的影响。结果表明,三种处理方式引起灰熔点变化是由于灰成分的变化引起的,其变化趋势与XRD谱图的预测结果密切相关。灰熔点的高低主要取决于煤中矿物质所的种类和其相对含量以及随温度而形成的新矿物相。莫来石含量的变化是引起煤灰熔融特性变化的原因。Coal ash fusion characteristics are of great significance for the prediction of coal ash slagging, change ash melting characteristics to adapt to different discharge slag methods. The ash fusion temperatures (AFTs) of huolinhe lignite (HLH) and its treatment samples by water washing, acid leaching, and flotation were determined, the reason causing the AFT variation by different treatment were investigated from the aspects of ash composition and XRD patterns. The results show that the AFT variation through three different treatments mainly caused by the variation in the ash composition, and its change trend were closely related to the predictive results of the XRD patterns. The AFT mainly depended on the mineral types in the coal and its relative content and new mineral formation with the temperature increased. The change of mullite content was the main reason resulting in the AFT variation.
