摘 要:10 MW高温气冷堆(HTR-10)直接利用蒸汽发生器内的90°弯头结构对氦气流量进行测量,为了保证反应堆的安全性与经济性,结合实验和数值模拟的方法研究了不同弯径比条件下90°弯头内流体流动特性。依据弯头内、外弧面压力分布的实验结果对CFD计算模型的可信性进行了验证,并针对高温气冷堆蒸汽发生器内的工况,计算了不同弯径比条件下90°弯头处氦气的流动特性。对比实验结果和CFD模拟结果可发现,当管道直径一定时,弯头内、外弧面的压力呈现明显的不均匀分布现象,弯径比越小,内、外弧面的压差越大,压力分布的变化速率也越快。对于相同弯曲角度处截面上的压力分布来说,弯径比越小,压力分布的变化速率越大。In the high temperature reactor HTR-10, the 90° elbow is directly employed in measuring the helium flow rate. It is very necessary to make an in-depth and detailed analysis of this measurement method in order to guaran- tee the security and economical efficiency of the reactor. A series of experiments and numerical simulation were made to study the helium flow characteristics in the 90° elbow of HTR-10 under various ratios of curvature and di- ameter. The dependability of the CFD computation model was validated by the test results of the pressure distribu- tion of intrados and extrados. The flow characteristics of helium in the 90°elbow under various ratios of curvature and diameter were calculated as a working efficiency aid in the HTR steam generator. By comparing the experiment data and the CFD simulation results, with the same pipe diameter, the pressure distribution on the intrados and ex- trados of the elbow was asymmetrical. The smaller the ratio, the larger the pressure difference between the intrados and extrados, and also the greater the variation of the pressure distribution. Given a cross section with the same curve angle, the smaller the ratio, the greater the variation of the pressure distribution.
