摘 要:为了解决高瓦斯易自燃近距离特厚煤层上覆老空区在下部回采中浮煤自燃的问题,以杨村矿顶空回采工作面为研究对象,通过对采空区自然发火危险致因分析及防灭火技术研究,识别了采空区危险特征,提出了优化采空区注氮释放口位置,建立采空区层间漏风协调均压防治技术及上覆老空区多点预埋灌浆防火技术等综合防治技术。通过效果检验,上述综合技术在杨村矿23煤层顶空回采期间有效解决了采空区煤自燃的问题。In order to solve the problem of float coal spontaneous combustion during lower mining in overlying old empty goaf of close extra thick coal seam with high gassy and easy spontaneous combustion,taking Yangcun Mine headspace extraction working face as the research object,through risk analysis of goaf spontaneous combustion and the study on fire prevention and control technique,the risk characteristics of goaf were identified,and a series of comprehensive measures about prevention and control technology were proposed,such as optimizing the release position of injection nitrogen in goaf,establishing goaf interlayer coordination pressure-sharing of air leakage control technology,and applying multi-point pre-buried grouting fire prevention technology in overlying goaf area. Through the test results,the comprehensive technology can effectively solve the problem of goaf spontaneous combustion during mining the Yangcun mine 23 coal seam by headspace extraction.
